Krzysztof Dudek
Managing Director
Krzysztof is the Managing Director at Panattoni Income Fund, where he manages the Fund’s operations, investment activity, portfolio and asset management, as well as fundraising and capital flows. Prior to joining Panattoni, Krzysztof served for almost 8 years as Head of Real Estate Investment Management at TFI PZU, the investment arm of the PZU Group, the largest financial and insurance company in CEE. In this role, he was responsible for managing all operations of the real estate investment division, including managing equity and debt portfolios, transactions and financial structuring, asset management, and liquidity and hedging oversight. Krzysztof also served as the fund manager for an evergreen commercial real estate fund (approximately EUR 1 billion of GAV) and a residential development fund (approximately EUR 100 million of GAV). He held seats on various investment committees.
His earlier experience includes positions within the financial and real estate advisory divisions at Deloitte and PwC, as well as managerial positions in a real estate private equity fund focusing on commercial and residential assets in CEE.
Krzysztof graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in finance and banking. He also studied business management at Magdeburg University.
Przemysław Konieczka
Executive Director
Przemyslaw Konieczka is the Executive Director at Panattoni Income Fund, where he oversees strategic investment initiatives and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Panattoni, Przemyslaw served for 10 years as a Fund Manager and Investment Director at TFI PZU, the investment arm of the PZU Group. In this role, he was responsible for managing an evergreen commercial real estate fund (approximatively EUR 1 billion of GAV) and a residential development fund (approximatively EUR 100 million of GAV), successfully implementing investment strategies to drive growth and enhance asset value. He held seats on various investment committees.
His earlier experience includes positions at EY and Santander Bank Polska’s brokerage house. In addition to his professional career, Przemyslaw is an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he teaches courses in investment portfolio management, behavioral finance, and investment projects.
Przemyslaw holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and earned a degree in Capital Investments and Quantitative Sciences from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He is also a licensed investment advisor.
